Life
Kahraman Kılınç was born on August 1, 1990, in Mardin, Turkey, as the first child of Mustafa and Saadet Kılınç. He has a younger brother, İsmail, who is three years his junior.
In 1993, his family moved to İzmir. Kahraman discovered his passion for guitar in 2005 and began formal training at Güzelyalı Nazım Hikmet Cultural Center in 2006. He also studied privately under guitar instructor Zafer Gezer for five months and started performing on various stages, marking the beginning of his musical journey.
After graduating from Balçova Vocational High School in Accounting, he briefly studied accounting at Dokuz Eylül University before moving to Istanbul in 2009 to focus fully on music. He also attended preparatory courses at Marmara University’s Music Education Department, studying rhythm, melody, music theory, harmony, solfège, and dictation.
In 2018, Kahraman moved to Berlin, Germany, where he continues to develop his music career in Europe.
Career
His first maxi single album, Rüyamdaki Kadın, was released in March 2016 under DNK Music Production. The album features a duet with Haluk Levent on the song İzmir, and a music video was released for the title track Rüyamdaki Kadın.
In November 2016, Kahraman participated in The Voice Turkey (O Ses Türkiye), performing Kalpsiz with the Tnk group. He chose Gökhan & Hakan among judges Hadise, Murat Boz, and Gökhan & Hakan, impressing audiences with his performance.
After a long break, he released four singles in 2023: Yalnızlığın Köpeği, Gelir Geçer, Dur Dinle, and Arkadaş Şarkısı.
In 2026, he released his long-awaited album Deliyim, which includes nine tracks:
